Hey, I'm a designer at Secret in San Francisco.

I love design that evokes emotion. Colors, space, materials all bring out memories and experiences which evoke strong emotional connections to the user. Dieter wasn't huge on the mixture of design and art; but I feel design has evolved beyond just strictly utilitarian purposes. Even so, I greatly admire the work of Dieter Ram and other giants such as  Luis Barragán.

When I'm not obsessing over Photoshop color inconsistencies, I like to traverse virtual worlds and save the lives of many unfortunate polygons. I even dabble in some world creation myself, through Valves amazing Hammer Editor. 

Activities away from my keyboard include: Driving efficiently on windy roads; indulging in amateur food critiques; and attempting to play beautifully, a cello.
